POTO DOA & 14-Day Stay Alive Guarantee Policy 

At Pieces of the Ocean, we are committed to providing the highest quality corals to our customers. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 14-Day Stay Alive Guarantee for all corals purchased from our online store. If your coral does not survive during this period, simply send us an email with a picture, and we will promptly send you a replacement at no cost or issue a credit if a replacement is not feasible. Please note that this guarantee is not applicable to in-store pickups.
